Union Wine Company is a family-owned, B Corp certified winery based in Oregon's Willamette Valley. We make wines for real life, and we build our team the same way: with intention, with care, and with a belief that good work is better when shared.
We're a small but mighty crew spanning winemaking, marketing, sales, vineyard crew, and production. If you're someone who cares about craft, community, and doing business in a way that's good for people and the planet, you might feel right at home here.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take our work seriously. We believe in making great wine accessible, running a business with integrity, and showing up for our team the way we show up for our community.
As a certified B Corporation, we hold ourselves to high standards across social and environmental responsibility. That commitment isn't just in our mission statement. It's in how we operate every day.

We hire for a range of roles. When positions are available, they'll be listed here.

Every year, we welcome harvest interns to join our winemaking team during one of the most exciting times in the wine world. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and genuinely unforgettable.

Harvest interns work side-by-side with our cellar team through crush season, gaining real experience in a working winery committed to both quality and sustainability. Whether you're a wine school student, a career changer, or simply someone who's always wanted to spend a harvest in the Willamette Valley, we'd love to hear from you.
Harvest internship applications typically open in late spring. Keep an eye on this page or follow us on social media for announcements.

Union Wine Company is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
