As Supply Chain Manager at Union Wine Company, Amy keeps wine moving from the winery to your glass — overseeing procurement, logistics, warehousing, compliance and customer service. Off the clock, she obsesses over music - hosting a local radio show and catching as many live shows as possible. She also enjoys exploring new travel destinations and adventuring with her pup Bruno.

Avelino is a Vineyard Supervisor with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the vineyard. He's the kind of leader who knows every inch of the operation — from managing the team and equipment to keeping the vines healthy season after season. His deep knowledge and calm, steady presence make him a cornerstone of the vineyard team. Away from the vines, Avelino loves spending time with his family, cheering on his kids at soccer, and visiting with his grandkids.

Blake keeps production moving by running the filler, canning shutdown, and labeler during bottling operations. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, and expressing his creativity through writing and producing music.

As a member of the production crew Brendan helps out in the winery and on the packaging floor. Outside of work he volunteers for a local fire department and is an amateur outdoorsman.

As Enologist for Union Wine company Cassidi is focused on maintaining wine quality assurance, laboratory operations, and wine development. She does lab analysis throughout the whole winemaking process, from harvest analysis to pre and post packaging QC. When not in the winery, you’ll usually find her traveling, climbing, sketching/painting, creating music/seeing live shows, or enjoying time with friends.

Daniel has spent 11 years getting his hands dirty in vineyards, operating tractors and equipment across all kinds of terrain and conditions. As a Tractor Operator, he's well versed in working with our specialized Antionio Carraro and Pellenc tractors and helps with other vineyard work through the season. When he's not out in the vines on a tractor, you'll find him on the soccer field or out on a walk with his family.

Devin spent a decade at Kendall-Jackson learning the wine sales ropes, starting as a sales rep and working his way up to Director. Then broadened his expertise with leadership roles at Foley Family Wines and J Vineyards. Oregon eventually called his name, and we loved his desire to share great wine without the fuss. He now heads Union's sales efforts in the south corridor. When he's not presenting the Union Wine portfolio, he's a devoted husband and father of two boys.

Ed is Union Wine Co.'s man behind the wheel of the “big rig”. He brings years of experience to UWC and is ready to haul wine, glass, cans, and grapes across the Pacific Northwest at a moment’s notice! When he's not on the road for us, you'll find Ed back in Eastern Oregon, where he grew up, hunting and fishing the land he loves.

As Packaging Supervisor at Union Wine Co., Emmanuel keeps our bottling and canning lines running smoothly — from equipment setup to team training and quality control. Outside the packaging facility, you'll find Emmanuel wrenching on cars, capturing the night sky through astrophotography, and making memories with his three kids.

Eric's entrepreneurial instincts go way back—think childhood sidewalks in Holland, MI, selling walnuts alongside his brother Ryan. These days, he channels that same hustle into the financial world, where 20+ years as an analyst across industries like healthcare and wine have made him a sharp, strategic thinker. At Union, Eric brings both the rigor of a seasoned numbers person and the genuine care of a family-minded leader, helping the business grow with intention and heart. When he's not in spreadsheet mode, you'll find him out on the water somewhere, either paddle boarding or catching a wave.

As a versatile member of the Production Crew, Gustavo rotates between cellar, packaging, and warehouse operations to support every stage of the winemaking process. He brings dedication and attention to detail to everything he does, ensuring quality remains high. Outside of work, Gustavo enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, watching movies, going on long walks, and attending church on Sundays.

At Union Wine Co., Herisbel works across cellar, packaging, and warehouse operations, from running shutdown CIP and monitoring wine gas levels throughout production runs, to keeping quality on point from the first can to the last. Outside of work, Herisbel is soaking up every moment of new motherhood and loving this beautiful new chapter of life.

Another convert from the Somm side to the production side, Jarrod brings hard work and a background in Chemistry to his role at Union—his ambition is to become a winemaker someday. Outside of work, he likes to unwind by watching cars go fast, freeskating around the city, and playing Civilization on his computer.

As Winemaker, Joanna manages and coordinates all aspects of winemaking and wine quality for Union Wine Company, overseeing protocols and conducting organoleptic and analytical assessments by leading both the cellar and lab teams, to meet production, packaging, and shipping deadlines. When she’s not in the cellar, you can find her catering to every whim of her cat, Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy (Fitzy), traveling to new destinations, and getting outside for some much-needed photosynthesis.

Joan makes sure everything Union Wine Co. puts out into the world looks great. When she’s not obsessing over creative details, you'll find her on a yoga mat, exploring Portland trails with her grand-dog, enjoying a good book, or sharing a great bottle of wine with even better friends.

From grape to glass to general ledger, Julie follows every detail from vine to bottom line—through crush, close, and everything in between—keeping winery finances flowing in the right direction. Beyond the numbers, she delights in traveling, live music and festivals, Oregon coast adventures, exploring Portland’s vibrant culinary scene with her husband, and pampering her two rescue cats.

Julie loves her job striving to drive organizational efficiency by implementing, overseeing, and optimizing daily processes, resources, and procedures. Helping the team wherever and whenever needed. She also enjoys being outdoors and with her dog Momo.

As Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting at Union Wine Company, Kelli oversees financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations, and uses financial analysis to support decision making. Beyond work, Kelli spends most of her time pursuing outdoor adventures or with her nose in a book. She's also an avid crafter and creative tinkerer.

As the Fulfillment + Marketing Coordinator at Union Wine Company, Kelly connects the dots between the warehouse, sales, and marketing departments, keeping logistics running smoothly while supporting brand campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels. Outside of work, you'll find her traveling, hunting for vintage finds, or exploring the outdoors with her family.

As Vineyard and Grower Relations Manager at Union Wine Company, Ken oversees estate vineyards, grower partnerships, and vineyard operations focused on producing high-quality grapes through sustainable, site-specific farming practices. When he's not in the vineyard, he is usually working on old Toyota Land Cruisers or planning his next international trip in search of great food, wine, and adventure.

Living and working remotely on the beautiful Oregon Coast, Kim supports the accounting team at Union Wine Company by managing accounts payable, billbacks, vendor communications, and daily financial operations. She takes pride in being dependable, organized, and detail-driven. When She’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time outdoors exploring the coast with her family and friends.

A true Texan – born and raised – Kristie's first love has always been the Southwest, but her passion for Pacific Northwest wines came when she took a sales job with a national wine and spirits distributor. Immediately fascinated by wine's complex story, from grape to glass, she found a love for pairing the perfect pour with any dish. When she's not working, Kristie enjoys weightlifting and spending time with her husband, kids, grandson, and their many beloved pets.

Liz is part of the production crew, helping keep the cellar and packaging lines moving smoothly. From bottling days to cellar work, she’s happiest getting her hands dirty and being part of the process that turns grapes into great wine. When she’s not at work, you’ll probably find her reading a good book, learning and writing about delicious wines, or getting lost in some kind of creative project.

Meredith is a UC Davis-trained winemaker who traded Napa's posh cellars for a return to her Pacific Northwest roots. At Union Wine Company, she leads the production team with a firm belief that great wine shouldn't take itself too seriously. When not working, she's usually eating, traveling, or thinking about her next meal or adventure - usually with her dog Juno trailing behind hoping for a snack or a butt-scratch.

Jose Miguel is a Tractor Operator who keeps vineyard equipment operations running smoothly across multiple sites. He’s skilled at operating all the equipment but spends a lot of time operating our Pellenc over the row tractor. When he’s not in the vineyard, you’ll find him out at the park playing soccer with his family, catching a movie, or taking the dogs for a walk.

As General Counsel of Union Wine Company, Mike serves as a core partner to the business, aligning legal strategies with company goals and values. Outside of work, Mike loves traveling with his wife, spending an unhealthy amount of time (and eating unhealthy amounts of popcorn) at The Hollywood Theatre, discovering new music, and hosting an all-vinyl jazz show on a local indie radio station.

Nancy is focused on building strong financial relationships and collaborating with her team. Off the clock, she’s a hands-on aunt to her niece and nephew and a die-hard fan of Oregon Ducks football and Duke basketball. Nancy is a music lover always looking for her next concert, an avid reader with an ever-growing library and a minimum 50-book “must read” list constantly waiting for her, and her yoga practice keeps her grounded and at peace in the chaos of life.

As Cellar Supervisor, Patrick leads the production team through all aspects of wine production, balancing efficiency, quality, and team collaboration to help bring each vintage to life. Outside the winery, Patrick can be found paddling down a river in his kayak, or spending quality time with his cat.

As National Account Director, Patrick manages the largest Off-Premise and On-Premise customers in the country. He started in the industry on the distributor side and has worked his way up, finding his groove in National Account Sales. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his kids, helping coach their various sports teams. Patrick believes in the work hard, relax hard philosophy and enjoys his free time outside, either exploring coastal towns, hanging with family and friends, or enjoying all that Portland has to offer.

Most people in wine spend their careers making it more precious. Ryan spent his making it less. He founded Union Wine Company in 2005 and put Oregon Pinot Noir in a can in 2013. It became one of the most recognized wine brands in America. When he's not at the winery: cooking, Italy, and whatever design project he's currently obsessing over.

Sarah supports the people behind Union Wine Company by helping build a positive workplace culture through recruiting, employee support, benefits, and HR strategy. When she’s not working, she loves traveling with her family, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new restaurants whenever she can.

Sean keeps the lights on and the bottling lines humming at Union Wine Company. When he's not wrenching on equipment, he's chasing whitewater and hiking trails across the PNW while plotting his eventual escape to Central America.

Silke brings her graphic design background and digital-first mindset to Union, where she leads creative direction for photoshoots, social media, website updates, brand storytelling, and digital advertising, all while partnering closely with the sales team to drive results. Off the clock, she's chasing two young kids around their rural property, tending her garden, hitting the trails, and logging miles on her runs. When she finally sits down, you'll find her deep in a new album, bingeing a series, or catching the latest film everyone's talking about, plus any excuse to get out and explore somewhere new.

Tayla works as a specialized production crew member at a winery, focusing on cellar operations, packaging, and harvest. She prioritizes startup, wine quality, and QA/QC, ensuring every protocol is dialed in before production begins. When Tayla is not keeping wine in check, you’ll find her chasing perfection on her paddleboard or soaking up every moment with her two dogs.

As Union Wine's Millwright, Tim keeps all machinery and conveyor lines running smoothly, adjusting equipment to accommodate different bottle and can sizes and overseeing the production line from fill to finished pallet. When he's not keeping things running at the winery, Tim can usually be found on a river or stream fishing for salmon, steelhead, or trout, camping, and spending time with his three daughters.

When Tyson is not leading Market Execution- which, of course, consists of traveling to all corners of the beautiful PNW to develop relationships with our critical distributor partners and most loyal customers, he spends his free hours playing golf, cooking, skiing and adventuring with his wife Chelsea.
