Local Portland distillery Westward Whiskey, created a cocktail with us that is a tasty version of a New York Sour. A great cocktail to recreated at home.

Willamette Sour
1.5oz Westward Whiskey Pinot Noir Cask
.25oz vanilla syrup
.50oz Amaretto
.75oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in shaking tin
Shake & strain over ice into a rocks glass
Float Pinot Noir wine over the top
