We'd like to propose a toast to the end of one of our most hectic, but most memorable time of the year: Harvest. If you haven't heard, the Industrial Chateau has been in 24/7 grape harvest mode for the past two months, and we needed something a little bubbly to celebrate.
Feelin' Bubbly
2 oz Underwood Bubbles
1 1/4 oz Aperol
Splash of soda water
Add all ingredients to a glass over ice, add orange wedge to garnish.
